* REDUCE, REUSE & RECYCLE: Our RO Water Program allows us to recycle 80% of our water usage daily or 45,000 gallons. We are proud to recycle about 48,000 pounds of cardboard per year.

80% of the water that would have normally gone to the sewer is recycled for cleaning.

After extensive pilot testing and evaluating various treatment technologies, we made the decision to install a Kemco Ceramic Microfiltration System (CMF) followed by a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system. The CMF removes all the prohibited contaminants: fats, oils, greases and suspended solids by filtration and does not require any treatment chemicals.
